Will my transaction take longer than it does with a traditional teller?
What if I just want to use a traditional ATM and not communicate with a video teller?
Not a problem. You can still use any of our ATMs without the video teller option for cash withdrawals and deposits (if available). Or, for other teller-assisted transactions, you can always visit any of our branches during normal business hours.
Will my deposit be processed as it is when I go to a regular teller?
Can I put coins into the ITM?
Will the ITM dispense coins? What if I want to cash a check that is not an even amount?
What can I do at the ITM?
Where are the video tellers located?
Is there privacy? I do not want others listening to my conversation. What can I do?
For added privacy, the ITM will allow you to pick up a built-in handset for your conversation with the Video Teller. If you remain concerned about privacy, you can also choose to private chat with the video teller using a touchscreen keyboard.
I am not an NIHFCU member. Is the Video Teller option available to me?
If I deposit a check into the ITM, how can I confirm it was received?
Is this new technology secure? How will the Video Tellers authenticate that I am the actual member?
Is there a cost to use the Video Teller functionality?
